The Bhairavapadmāvatīkalpa a Jaina tantra in Jhavery (ed.) 1944.  The short tenth chapter is devoted to Gāruḍa ritual. Thanks to Aaron Ullrey for drawing my attention to this.

I have been building a more complete list of sources for the study of Gāruḍa medicine, and I’ve got about 50 texts in it so far.  I’ve decided to keep this offline for now.  A discussion of this corpus will form a chapter of my dissertation.
